WELCOME BACK after the long summer break, I hope that you had a wonderful summer and are now ready for the season that is about to start
Last season we struggled to put out both an U18 and U16 team, as many of our junior players were playing also for the Shropshire Senior county team.

Because of issues with raising a team at the older age group, the SJCBC organising committee has elected to enter only a U14 and U16 team in the Shires Badminton league for the 2019/2020 season.
This was a difficult decision and will also mean that Shropshire will not be entering a team in the ITC at Nottingham either.
For us to be able to run this squad we require two things
1/ A good depth of players to train and play at this age group, including girls
2/ Support of parents and coaches
As a result of this SJCBC are desperate for somebody (Or several people) that can spare a few hours a week to assist with admin work and support of the players and coaches…… If you can do this and want to know more please contact me. We will give you equipment to do the job and lots of assistance .
I have uploaded new forms so please find attached the invitation to your session for this term, please confirm by Email that you will be able to attend. If you wish to attend an additional session, other than the one you are invited to…. All the forms are on the website and we are happy for you to attend in the first two weeks after which we can jointly decide the best session/s to attend.
IMPORTANT....If you have any change in address, phone number, Email or medical information to report please complete the form on the website and return to myself as soon as possible. We will be sending out a new PAD document to everyone to ensure that our data is correct
